Use of the service
By reserving or booking a vendor spot through Anaya's Way, you agree to provide accurate information, pay any applicable fees, and comply with event rules and instructions from event staff. Reservations and bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider. Refunds, if any, are issued according to the event's published refund policy and applicable law.
SMS Terms
By opting into SMS communications from Anaya's Way, you agree to receive service-related text messages including reservation and booking confirmations, spot updates, payment reminders, refund notices, and other service-related communications. Message frequency varies depending on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.
- Consent to receive SMS text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services.
- Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support the underlying service (for example, our SMS delivery provider) is permitted.
