When you reserve or book a vendor spot, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business description, and the vendor category/subcategory/item you selected. We also record payment status and the spot(s) you booked. Payment card details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to process your reservation/booking, communicate with you about your booking (confirmations, spot changes, payment reminders, refunds, and other service-related notices), and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your information.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
If you choose to receive SMS text messages from Anaya's Way, we will use your mobile number only to send the service-related communications you have consented to receive, including reservation and booking confirmations, spot updates, payment reminders, refund notices, and other service-related communications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

- Consent to receive SMS text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services.

Email communications
By providing your email address and checking the email consent box, you agree to receive transactional emails from Anaya's Way related to your reservation and booking. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Data security & retention
We store your information on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure and retain it only for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
